Join Ontario’s most established, comprehensive and largest Recruitment Event
Organizers are excited to present the 2010 Fall Fair, anticipating one of the largest fair with 140 to 150 exhibitors and 10,000 to 12,000 visitors in attendance. These numbers are logical and fair estimates based on the current number of registered organizations, on the rich experience of our 16 past events, our growth since 2002 and real opportunities. Our expected numbers are never determined to attract companies with excessive or unrealistic expectations. With us, what you see is what you get and what you get is what you have been told. There is no room for storytellers...
In 2009, organizers presented four fairs in Toronto and Montreal that welcomed a total of 553 exhibitors, 57,000 visitors and 35 sponsors & partners. It was a record-breaking year for our organization. More, these results confirmed, once again, our status as the largest and most important organization specializing in recruitment event open to the general public in Canada.

Exhibitor Testimonials
Our exhibitors share their successful experience with us. Most of our exhibitors are back with us from one fair to the next. Some never missed one single fair since our inception in 2002! And many never missed one single fair after joining us. We are proud of their trust and frienship.

Three testimonials in the spotlight
"Excellent coordination and organization. Daniel Levesque made sure our needs were met and always responded to our questions very effectively. We really appreciate his support."
- Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration - Global Experience Ontario
"We attended the fair in the fall of 2009. We had anticipated a fair like others that we have attended and saw this as an opportunity to walk around and meet other exhibitors during slow times. To our surprise, we quickly realized this wasn't just another job fair. We were so busy that my colleague and I did not speak to each other until 3:30 p.m. In addition, we have had a position that has been opened for almost 2 years as we found no qualified applicants in our search. During the first day in attendance, we found TWO qualified applicants! We can safely term our first appearance at The National Job Fair & Training Expo a great success."
- Public Service Commission - Government of Newfoundland and Labrador
"Fantastic! Organized with very friendly staff. Large booths make a very comfortable marketing environment... Well done! Keep up the excellent standards!"
- Canadian Business College

Benefit from the human touch with face-to-face contact
The National Job Fair & Training Expo allows recruiters to single out candidates at the start of the selection process—candidates they might not choose when they rely solely on resumés. The resumé, while essential in helping to select candidates, is only one step in the recruiting process. Face-to-face contact facilitates the selection in the very first few minutes of an interview, making it the most effective form of recruitment. Just think how many good candidates you might be missing out on when you start the selection process with resumés. |

Survey statistics
55% of attendees are out of job and eager to find work to advance their career, while 37% of attendees are already working, but they are looking for a new, better job or are ready for a career change—a “hidden” job market. Reaching the hidden job market is an added bonus for participating recruiters.
