Other job/career fairs and their representatives are advised that any copying, in whole or in part, of names, logos, event concept, event activities, image branding, information, documentation, material and design is strictly prohibited. Immediate legal action will be undertaken against any recruitment events and/or their representatives who violate—or attempt to violate—The National Job Fair & Training Expo ownership and property rights. If your registration with The National Job Fair & Training Expo includes a combo offer (one 10 x 10 site and a 1/4-page ad in The Toronto Sun), you will have to send your file via the Internet FTP to The Toronto Sun by using a program like FETCH or GOPHER.

Send your ad in PDF format, if possible. Otherwise, your ad is to be in MacIntosh format only, with all fonts and art files included. Files in PC format (if not PDFs) can only be accepted as a "place-able eps" (containing a preview). Tiff format is also acceptable.
