About the booth package

Organizations exhibiting have two options to set up their exhibit space:

Option 1: Exhibitors can rent a turnkey booth package directly fromt the Fair Management. This set-up display guarantees a professional image for the exhibitors. The booth package will be supplied and set-up by the official decorator (Stronco Show Services) during the move-in day, which is the day before the event.

This picture shows the turnkey booth package available on rental. The package includes two rigid walls, rigid structure, carpeting, one counter eqipped with two doors on the inside, two stools and an identification sign.

Option 2: Exhibitors can bring their own exhibit materials, such as a stand fully equipped, a pop up display (usually 10 ft wide x 8 ft high) or roll up display (usually 3 ft wide x 6 ft high). The exhibitors are scheduled to set up their exhibit materials during the move-in day, which is the day before the event.

This picture shows an example of a booth set up using the exhibitor materials: The organization supplied its own backdrop display (pop up). To complete their set-up, they ordered a 6-ft skirted table, two chairs and a carpet from the Fair Management.
