How to registerBooth assembly & disassemblyShipments to The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) All shipments of material to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for the Set-up Day should be addressed as indicated below: Metro Toronto Convention Centre (South Building) Important note: Any shipments sent direct to the MTCC prior to the move-in date will NOT be accepted by the MTCC. The courier will be instructed by the MTCC to return on the move-in date. That may incur additional costs. As it is not permitted by the MTCC, The National Job Faire & Training Expo has no control on this rule and there will be no exceptions. Exhibitors' Loading/Unloading Dock Move-in/out will be facilitated through the two (2) east freight elevators located at the base of Simcoe Street. Exhibitors will off load in the loading docks and dolly their material to the freight elevators. Please note, you must report to the Marshalling Yard prior to move in/out. Exhibitors' unloading dock address is: Metro Toronto Convention Centre Please note that parking is not allowed at the unloading dock. The unloading dock can be used only for unloading and loading exhibitors’ materials. Booth assembly Set-Up Day (assembly day) is scheduled the day prior The National Job Fair & Training Expo. Opening hours are from 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (mandatory for everyone). There will be no exception to this rule. Carpet is mandatory. If you rent a booth package through us, the carpet is included. If you bring your own booth equipment, but you don't have a carpet, you can order one through our official decorator. You can download the Stronco-Decorating Order Forms. For installation of materials at the site, the use of Velcro, double-sided tape or chains for frames is recommended. Hammering nails into the rental panels is strictly prohibited. Velcro, double-sided tape and chains will be available on-site during Set-up Day. Additional fees will be applied for material orders made on-site to the official decorator. Important note: Your display must be completed and ready for the inspection, which will take place on Set-up Day at 8:30 p.m. No exhibit materials may be moved or removed in the Exhibition Hall during opening hours without the express permission of The National Job Fair & Training Expo, expect those that can be carried by hand. Booth disassembly Disassembly period starts immediately at the closing of the fair (end of second day), from 7:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (no exception). All materials, without exception, must be removed during the disassembly period only. Please note that fees will apply for late move out starting at midnight. Out of respect for the general public, your corporate image, other exhibitors and The National Job Fair & Training Expo rules, it is NOT permitted to start disassembly your booth before the end of the event (closing hour at 7:00 p.m. on the second day). Removal of the carpets from the aisles by the decorator starts immediately at the end of the event. Pushing carts on the carpet in the Exhibition Hall aisles is strictly prohibited. Once The National Job Fair & Training Expo is over, disassemble and pack all your exhibition materials in a cart and take it to the unloading dock. After obtaining an exit coupon from the attendant, leave your cart there and go to get your vehicle. Bring your vehicle to the dock, giving the coupon to the attendant. Note: If the materials can be carried by hand, do not use the unloading dock to exit the Exhibition Hall. Once the floor has been cleared by the decorator or by the freight carrier, any material remaining on the floor after 11:59 p.m. on the closing day will be considered bulk trash and disposed of immediately. The National Job Fair & Training Expo, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the official decorator will not be deemed responsible for any loss of material.
