How to register

Equipping your sites

No materials are included in the site rental cost except what is specified in the Exhibitor's Rental Agreement.

Any other equipment, including the carpeting at the exhibitor's booth space, is not included in the rental cost. The carpeting is mandatory in each booth space. Exhibitors who need to rent a carpet can do so by contacting Stronco Show Services, our official decorator and supplier, at 905-270-6767, or by downloading the Stronco-Decorating Order Form.

The National Job Fair & Training Expo offers the complete materials—the booth package—for equipping a site at a package price. The exhibitor who wishes to take advantage of this offer should indicate this in the appropriate place on the registration form.

All signs (banners, boards, posters or other) must be installed inside the limits of the booth space(s) reserved by the exhibitor and may not exceed it. All materials, products, prices and/or services must be exhibited within the limits of the booth space(s) reserved by the exhibitor and may not exceed it.

All visible parts of the exhibitor decorating materials and stand should be complete in accordance with the event rules and with minimal design. The National Job Fair & Training Expo reserves the right to install or modify decorating materials of the exhibitor stand at the exhibitor’s expense to make sure it complies with the event rules.

Note: The Exhibition Hall floors are concrete.
