Payments

To be admitted to the event site, the exhibitor must have paid in full the amount due to The National Job Fair & Training Expo.

Payments are made in two instalments, each representing 50% of the total rental costs (including applicable taxes). Payments of the exhibitor registration is required to be made according to the following schedule:

First instalment

A rental deposit or first payment—50% of the total amount (including applicable taxes)—must be paid within 10 days following the date of the Rental Agreement & Invoice.

Second instalment

The second and final paymentbalance of 50% of the total amount (including applicable taxes)must be paid no later than 60 days before the exhibition. Optional: The second and final payment can be paid in the form of a postdated cheque sent with the first payment in order to simplify the payment procedures.

Registrations made 60 days before the exhibition

For reservations made within 60 days before the Exhibition, payment must be made in one full instalment upon reception of the Rental Agreement & Invoice.

Subletting

Subletting or sharing of booth spaces is strictly prohibited. Only the exhibitor whose name appears on the Rental Agreement will be allowed to use the booth space identified in the Rental Agreement. The exhibitor is not permitted to share his booth space with any company or organization, nor to have present any person who has not signed a Rental Agreement (expect exhibitor employees and/or official representatives).
