Join Ontario’s most established, comprehensive and largest Recruitment Event
Organizers are excited to be working on the fall 2009 fair with 160 to 180 exhibitors and 12,000 to 14,000 visitors expected. These numbers are logical and fair estimates based on the current number of registered organizations, on the rich experience of our 14 past events, our growth since 2002 and real opportunities. Our expected numbers are never determined to attract companies with excessive or unrealistic expectations. With us, what you see is what you get and what you get is what you have been told. With us, there is no room for storytellers...
The last year (fall 2008 fair and spring 2009 fair) was the 7th consecutive best year for The National Job Fair & Training Expo following the record-setting 172 exhibitors at the fall 2008 fair and the 170 participants at the spring 2009 fair. This made us Canada’s most established, comprehensive and largest recruitment event open to the general public. Thanks to promising developments, the best is yet to come for the fall 2009 fair!

Benefit from the human touch with face-to-face contact
The National Job Fair & Training Expo allows recruiters to single out candidates at the start of the selection process—candidates they might not choose when they rely solely on resumés. The resumé, while essential in helping to select candidates, is only one step in the recruiting process. Face-to-face contact facilitates the selection in the very first few minutes of an interview, making it the most effective form of recruitment. Just think how many good candidates you might be missing out on when you start the selection process with resumés.

A 506% exhibitors’ growth!
The National Job Fair & Training Expo is the leading fair open to the general public in the recruitment marketplace in Canada. The volume of exhibitors is steadily growing, from 34 exhibitors in 2002 to 172 exhibitors in 2009: a 506% growth in 7 years. Since 2002, we cumulate 1,603 exhibitor registrations in 14 editions. These numbers are unparalleled results in events of this kind in Ontario's history! Our goal is to present an event with over 200 exhibitors. We are well on our way to achieving that goal in a near future!
