Welcoming Zone

Upon arrival in the Exhibit Hall, the first thing the visitors want to know is what this is all about, who's there, what to see, what to do and where to go. This is our Welcoming Zone, located in the Exhibition Hall entrance. An information Desk to answer any questions from visitors and a giant floor plan with the list of exhibitors will be available in this area, along with other information available through effective signage.

Four (4) quiet and private interview rooms are provided for exhibitors' staff to meet candidates. They are located in the Employment Pavilion. The interview rooms allow recruiters and candidates to meet in a quiet environment without anything that could disturb the interview process. The interview room is yours as long as your interview is not complete.
