Access the hidden job market

While The National Job Fair & Training Expo offers you the opportunity to reach “out of job” applicants (48% of our visitors), 40% of The National Job Fair & Training Expo attendees work full-time or part-time or are self-employed. That means that thousands of candidates visiting our fair are already working, but they are looking for a new, better job or are ready for a career change—a “hidden” job market. There is no better place than The National Job Fair & Training Expo to tap this market—an added bonus for participating recruiters!

Please note that there some training and education organizations could be located in the Employment Pavilion because they are offering jobs as well as career training and education programs.
