Job offers go from full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal and casual positions to volunteer positions, not to mention the many employers in need of bilingual (English-French) candidates. This pavilion is for those who are interested in finding a job or who are ready for a career change.

Ontario Recruitment Zone

With a workforce of some three million people, more than 100,000 companies and thousands of talented human resources professionals, recruiters and career specialists, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is Canada’s business and work capital. The National Job Fair & Training Expo is the strongest event partner with the GTA workforce in the job and career fair industry. If most employers' head office are located in the Greater Toronto Area, exhibiting companies in the Ontario Recruitment Zone come from over 20 cities of Ontario.

Saskatchewan Recruitment Zone

Visitors to the fair will have direct access right here in Toronto to Saskatchewan employment opportunities in the Saskatchewan Recruitment Zone, part of the Employment Pavilion. This dynamic employment project will be presented for the fourth consecutive time. Meet with several Saskatchewan-based companies expected to attend and don't miss this opportunity to know more about relocating to, working, studying and living in Saskatchewan! Hundreds of job opportunities are expected to be offered from a wide range of sectors from this growing economy, such as; oil and gas, trades, manufacturing, construction, engineering, information technology, and more. Open positions will be based in communities across the province.

Relocation Recruitment Zone

Organizations coming from outside of Ontario offering opportunities requiring relocation are located in this zone. Some could even offer employment, training or education opportunities abroad.

Retail Recruitment Zone

Retailers from across Canada are located together in the “retail only” area of the Employment Pavilion. This zone brings together national retailers with recruitment needs for the 10th consecutive fair. The National Job Fair & Training Expo and participating retailers teamed up to bring jobs on a silver platter to candidates interested in a career in the retail sector. Management positions, store managers, co-managers, managers in training, sales associates, customer service representative, entry level jobs, and more, will be offered from exhibiting national retailers.

Canadian Government Recruitment Zone

Various organizations from the federal government will be located together to offer employment and career opportunities and information services to the candidates attending.

Access the hidden job market

While The National Job Fair & Training Expo offers you the opportunity to reach “out of job” applicants (58% of our visitors), 34% of The National Job Fair & Training Expo attendees work full-time or part-time or are self-employed or business owner. That means that thousands of candidates visiting our fair are already working, but they are looking for a new, better job or are ready for a career change—a “hidden” job market. There is no better place than The National Job Fair & Training Expo to tap this market—an added bonus for participating recruiters!

Please note that there some training and education organizations could be located in the Employment Pavilion because they will have multiple offers, including jobs as well as career training and education programs.
