The Public Presentation Area

During the event, there are 16 public presentations—45 minutes each. Presentations cover such topics as company presentations; job hunting; the résumé; preparing for an interview; interview tips; how to advertise yourself; marketing approach for yourself; standing out from the crowd; recruiting through the Internet; strategies for job search success; career reorientation and change; career training and development, explore your potential; etc.

The presentations, which take place throughout the day in the Public Presentation Area, are given by professional speakers. They are available to exhibitors in priority.

The presentations take place in a room with a seating capacity of 100. They are FREE to event visitors. Detailed schedule and information will also be available onsite at the Welcoming Zone and at the Public Presentation Area.

Brief description: Jake Anand will talk about tax saving strategies to minimize your taxes. Jake will also talk about Taxtron: the new tax software launched by Softron. Softron provides tax preparation services in the GTA. Taxtron is Canada's tax software. Jake Anand MBA, CA is president of Softron Tax Inc. and Taxtron. Jake graduated on the MBA Dean's Honour List from McMaster University. Jake articled with Ernst and Young to receive his CA designation. Jake has also written numerous articles and books on taxation. Softron and Taxtron are 100% Canadian.
