Decorating Services Desk
Stronco Show Services, the show decorator and official supplier of services and materials for The National Job Fair & Training Expo, has a Decorating Services Desk on site for last-minute orders of furnishing and exhibit materials. The Decorating Services Desk is open from 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during the Set-up Day (the day before the opening day) and from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (opening day).
It is strongly recommended to exhibitors to place their orders before the deadline date to get the pre-show prices... and avoid the price increase on your orders applicable after the pre-show deadline date. The pre-show order deadline is approximately two weeks before the opening day of the fair. Review the Stronco Decorating Order Form to know important dates for your rental needs.
Toronto SUN Exhibitors' Lounge
The Toronto SUN Exhibitors' Lounge is located within the Exhibit Hall for easy access to exhibiors. The lounge is reserved exclusively for exhibitors with Exhibitor badges. Complimentary fresh water stations are available at all time for all exhibitors. The lounge is to be used as a place of rest and is accessible during The National Job Fair & Training Expo operating hours.
Food & Beverage Area
There is a Food & Beverage Area set-up inside the Exhibit Hall to allow exhibitors to take a brake and eat a bite. The Food & Beverage Area is located in the back of the Exhibit Hall, away from the hurly burly of the fair.
Private interview rooms
Quiet and private interview rooms will be provided for Exhibitors' staff to conduct interviews with selected candidates. The interview rooms allow the Exhibitors to speak to prospective employees in a quiet environment without anything that could disturb the interview process. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, an interview room is yours until your interview is completed.
