The National Job Fair & Training Expo’s vision is, first, to present the largest multi-sector recruitment event (job, training, education and career) in Canada in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada’s undisputed business and work capital, and, second, to create a unique synergy between our events presented in Canada's biggest markets.

Our mission

The National Job Fair & Training Expo’s mission is to play a major role in the national recruitment marketplace (job, training, education and career) and, more specifically, in Ontario by presenting an event twice a year, in spring and fall, that stimulates employment in a dynamic and proactive environment for a vibrant audience of highly motivated and skilled candidates. The National Job Fair & Training Expo's target exhibitors are organizations from across Canada and target visitors are candidates from Ontario. As the event adapts to the changing conditions of the job market, it recognizes and explores all facets of the job-search process and career development. Our key words are opportunity, synergy and networking.
