The Employment Pavilion

This pavilion welcomes top Canadian employers and employment agencies of all types and from all sectors who offer a vast selection of positions for professional and/or technical personnel, experienced candidates, new graduates and students.

Job offers go from full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal and casual positions to volunteer positions, not to mention the many employers in need of bilingual (English-French) candidates. This pavilion is for those who are interested in finding a job or who are ready for a career change.

The Employment Pavilion, the largest pavilion at the fair, includes featured zones divided by regions or by activity as follows:

Ontario Recruitment Zone

With a workforce of some three million people, more than 100,000 companies and thousands of talented human resources professionals, recruiters and career specialists, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is Canada’s business and work capital. The National Job Fair & Training Expo is the strongest event partner with the GTA workforce in the job and career fair industry. Visitors will find all kind of job opportunities to bring their career to the next level. If most employers' head office are located in the Greater Toronto Area, exhibiting companies in the Ontario Recruitment Zone come from over 20 cities of Ontario. Who knows where your visit will take your career!

Alberta Recruitment Zone

If you are interested to work in Alberta, don't miss our Alberta Recruitment Zone, where you will meet several companies looking to hire candidates willing to move to Alberta. This province is booming and companies hiring needs are significant in a variety of sectors. Chances that you find an opportunity to work in Alberta in this zone are high. Alberta companies will be specifically looking to recruit qualified candidates from the Greater Toronto Area at The National Job Fair & Training Expo. It will be the second fair presenting the Alberta Recruitment Zone. It is an extremely successful activity at The National Job Fair & Training Expo.

Saskatchewan Recruitment Zone

Relocation Recruitment Zone

Employers and organizations coming from Ontario or other regions offering opportunities requiring relocation (other than Ontario, Alberta or New Brunswick) are located in this zone. Some will offer employment opportunities abroad.

Retail Recruitment Zone

As per their request, retailers from across Canada are located together in the “retail only” area of the Employment Pavilion. This zone brings together national retailers with recruitment needs for the 7th consecutive fair. The National Job Fair & Training Expo and participating retailers teamed up to bring jobs on a silver platter to candidates interested in a career in the retail sector. Management positions, store managers, co-managers, managers in training, sales associates, customer service representative, entry level jobs, and more, will be offered from exhibiting national retailers.

Canadian Government Zone

Federal ministries and agencies, as well as Crown corporations are located together to offer employment and career opportunities and information services.

Note to visitors: Please note that there will be some training and education facilities and/or career and employment services organizations that will be offering jobs onsite, even if they are located in other pavilions of the fair.
